Michelle Grim is a Physician Assistant and Yoga Therapist specializing in mind body medicine for patients facing persistent pain. She has specialized training in yoga for pain and trauma informed yoga therapy, which act as the foundation for her work.

She offers in-person or virtual care in the form of one-on-one consultation, workshops, and groups. She has a passion for integrating western medicine with eastern traditions to better allow for healing on all levels of being.
